At TTRacing, we stand by the quality of our ergonomic chairs and home office solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and coordinate a convenient time for our courier partners to collect the item.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
